Pre-Order Shipment:

Pre-orders are handled with the same care and attention as regular orders. However, due to the nature of pre-orders, please allow 21-30 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Regular Shipping:

All orders are carefully verified, tailored, and undergo a thorough quality check before packaging. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

Shipping Time:

• Domestic Shipping (Australia): Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days.

• International Shipping (NZ): After processing and leaving our warehouse, international orders usually arrive within 10-14 business days. However, please be aware that some countries may have more complex customs procedures, which can extend delivery times to up to 4 weeks.

• International Shipping (Other countries): If you are interested in purchasing a hood, please let us know and we can arrange shipping to your country!

Customs & Duties:
Electric Eden is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes that may be incurred at customs. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sales:
Please note that all sales for international orders and items purchased at a discounted rate or during sales are final.

Return Shipping:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Electric Eden is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
